How to speed up Local?

Where can we find the back end of Local for windows to increase the memory that local uses? I see that Local doesn’t use Virtual Box any more. So, how can we edit the actual settings?
I have 64GB of ram and I use a 512ssd only for local usages.

Please inform us how to speed and modify the local settings to increase more storage or ram usage!
