I can not create a new local site

I’ve gotten an error message " certificate has expired" when I tried to create a new local site and I was not able to create the new one.
In ’ Choose your environment ’ , I chose ’ Custom’ and selected ’ 7.3.5’ for PHP version and ’ MySQL 5.7.28’ for database. And then, I got a message " Heads up ! We’ll need to download 92MB of dependencies to enable this environment." .
I don’t know if it’s the cause or not but anyway I was not able to create a new one even though I continued.
What should I do ?

Sorry for the trouble creating a new site! This should be resolved now.
