Just to make sure I understand - you created a site in Local and are now trying to log in to the WP Admin dashboard? See my screenshot below.

You can always use One-Click Admin to login to your site and bypass the username/password prompt. See this guide on using the feature.

If you need to reset your username/password for a site, you can accomplish this via wp-cli - here is a guide explaining that workflow.
