I have a connection reset issue when trying to use a plugin with React.js

I have a connection reset issue when i try and use this onepager plugin i believe it is using react.
here is the link to the install I have seen this issue with

any help would be great.

thanks

can anyone help with this…

Hi Aaron

Can you describe your issue in a bit more depth, I’ll do my best to help to see if its an issue with the plugin or Local.

Do you know if this plugin works on a Webserver other than local?

Thanks,

Phill

Okay figured it out.

The plugin somehow asks for port 8080 when using the preferred environment, but works fine in the Custom Environment. I’d just start developing with a custom environment unless you plan to deploy your site to Flywheel via flywheel connect.

If that’s the case, let me know.

Thanks,

Phill

how to update to custom environment?

Hi Aaron,

You would have to export the site in flywheel by right clicking it, then export. It’ll now be safe to delete the site and files associated with it keeping the new zip file somewhere safe.

You’d then have to re-import the zip file selecting Custom environment when you see the selection

Hope this helps,

Phill

ok so i did re import is there a setup that i need to change like apache or NGX? sorry i should have probably started with i am a designer stumbling through this process. it is still not working for me.

thanks

Hi Aaron,

Not a problem

Soo just stick to the default Custom environment. You should be fine using that

Thanks,

Phill
