How do I import my local site from Xamp to Local by Flywheel.

Please see How to migrate from MAMP to Local. The steps are the same even though the workflow is for MAMP and not XAMPP

Thank you for the link, have followed all the instructions, and seemed to work, but when I click on ADMIN to log into WP, I put in my User Name and Password, and it just stays at that screen as though my password is incorrect (I presume I use the same user name and password that I used in Xamp to log into WP)
Is there something I have not done or need to do??
