I have several sites using Elementor on Wordpress. I would like to clone the template so that I can easily and quickly begin creating my sites. Elementor told me to follow the instructions explained in the YT / article below. Setting up a Staging Environment for WordPress Websites - Monday Masterclass - Academy

As I was following them, I got to 6:20 and the import / upload kept rendering the error msg I’ve included as the screenshot.

I’ve also included the zip file to the backup of which I was trying to “stage” or “clone”.

Please let me know what I need to do to resolve this error, so I can complete the remaining steps. Thanks.

Thank you for reaching out! Just an FYI I removed your backup attachment since this is a public forum I didn’t want your site hanging around for others to download.

I took a look at the file you provided but it was empty. So it’s possible that Updraft had trouble creating the backup in the first place and that’s why it didn’t import.

You could try creating a full site export with the plugin WP Migrate Lite (it’s free) and then using that file to import.

If that gets the same or similar type error, you can unzip the file and try to manually import it with these steps:
