i need help please, i use windows and avada theme, when i install plugins i get this error message

Does this issue happen even after restarting the site? If so, can you check the
logs folder inside the site folder for any clues? You’ll most likely see it in the PHP or nginx logs.
Also, you may want to enable

Yes i did it twice and no result.
There is 2 folder in nginx logs this is the error one

I would forward that log onto Avada.
It looks like nearly every request is timing out on a specific endpoint.

I recommend forwarding the error.log to Avada support yourself. There is a location that is being accessed but repeatedly timing out.
