Installatron WordPress Backup Import Into Local

Long story short I’m done with my cheap shared hosting and ready to move things over to Local by FlyWheel. Problem is I only have Installatron WordPress backups and can’t figure out how to manually import those backups into Local.

The restoring from local files instructions here work up until I get to the SQL part and it throws an error about not understanding the SQL backup file from Installatron. Help? Can can one tell me how to get this done?

From which source did you create the backup ?
1 Directly from wordpress dashboard
2 Or some plugin ?

Also When you are migrating, its advised to use a migration plugin ( all in one WP migration )
So if you have access to your old Wordpress Dashboard use this plugin it will do your work.
