Instant Reload when changing theme php files

Issue Summary

I work with tailwind which means i write CSS classes in php files to modify the page
Seems like the feature will reload the CSS, but not the pages if the php files been modified.
How can I set the site to reload if I change theme php files?
One or two sentence summary of the issue.

Troubleshooting Questions

  • Does this happen for all sites in Local, or just one in particular?

  • Are you able to create a new, plain WordPress site in Local and access it in a Browser?

This is a very important issue for me as well. I was expecting PHP changes to be tracked as well.
