Intl needed for collator

Issue Summary

Hi, I’m developing a multilingual website and need desperatly the INTL php extension. I work on a mac. I tried to comment out extension=intl in the php.ini.default page, restarted local but that didn’t work unfortunately.

  • Which version of Local is being used? 3.3.0

  • What Operating System (OS) and OS version is being used?

    • macOS Catalina
