I was wondering whether it is possible to somehow turn off the privacy mode.
I have been playing around with Snipcart (https://snipcart.com/). A front-end ecommerce solution. Because of its nature as an addon driven by an external API, it needs a “gateway” towards the wider internet to verify the product information. As such it can’t function merely in the local environment. The live links can provide this, yet Snipcart apparently can’t effectively crawl the website. I suspect this is due to the privacy mode blocking their crawler. As such, I was wondering whether there is a way to turn it of in order to test the functionality of Snipcart properly.
