I’ve created 6 local sites using LocalWP and backed them up to Dropbox with a cloud backup extension. Now, I’m overwhelmed by all the folders and files in the backup. How can I transfer these backup files to my hosting server to make my sites live?

You should check with your hosting provider to see if they have any migration services, documentation or plugin recommendations. They might have free options or tutorials to help you or guide you through the process. If they can migrate your site with just a zip file for example you could just do a simple export from Local into a zip, and then provide them that.
You can also migrate sites directly from Local using various migration plugins. If you’re going to moving several sites and more in the future it might be worth investing in a migration plugin. We recommend WP Migrate PRO which is part of our product family, but if you check around the community you’ll find others have made use of many others as well.
