Issue with Importing

Issue Summary

Does Local work with downloaded backup zip files from CPanel? I zipped them on my Mac and started to import but it stopped midway asking for my computer login and then the attached error message popped up.

Troubleshooting Questions

  • Does this happen for all sites in Local, or just one in particular? This is my first time using Local.

  • Are you able to create a new, plain WordPress site in Local and access it in a Browser? Haven’t tried.

  • Which version of Local is being used? Latest.

  • What Operating System (OS) and OS version is being used?

    • macOS BigSur
