I want to run your theme called corgan, which I purchased, locally with the Local WP program, when I activate the license, will I have a problem when I move it to the original domain later?

You may have purchased this through the WordPress repository but we do not own that theme. That said you should be fine when you migrate the site, but if you have any questions you should reach out to the theme’s support team directly.
