I am able to connect to my site foo.local using the link "live link"
http://01402a29.ngrok.io/

On the other hand, access by http://foo.local is limited to open an empty tab of my browser.

I use “local” 2.2.4 on mac High Sierra 10.13.3

This situation follows the upgrade in 2.2.4
