Issue Summary
local-6.4.2-linux.rpm conflicts with BlueMail.rpm and vice-versa while trying to install either via sudo dnf install command on Fedora 36 KDE.

Replication
-https://download.bluemail.me/BlueMail/rpm/BlueMail.rpm
Install either RPM via sudo dnf install file.rpm and it doesn’t matter which one is installed first. The second RPM installation conflicts with the first RPM installed.
Error: Transaction test error:
file /usr/lib/.build-id/4b/d1434c7f9139c9e65deb95dad4693bf522e713 from install of local-6.4.2-20220725.1.x86_64 conflicts with file from package BlueMail-1.131.12-1815.x86_64
I also had to add --no-sandbox to the Command portion of the BlueMail KDE shortcut properties for BlueMail to open. This isn’t relevant to the matter at hand however it might be to make sure both programs can execute at the same time.
