Local Community support website Users tab > shows zeros for current user, correct info for all other users

What issue or error are you experiencing?

The Users tab shows all zeros for my profile, but there non-zero numbers for all other users rows.


(My data in the top row: The “Topics Created” should show at least “3”, but instead it shows “0”)


What steps can be taken to replicate the issue? Feel free to include screenshots, videos, etc

Prerequisites: You must have created at least one support ticket (AKA: a “topic”)

  • Click the light gray hamburger menu at top of the “Local Community” forum website while logged in
  • Click on “Users”
  • Observe your data in the top row
  • Notice that your data is showing all zeros, even though your “Topics Created” field should show at least one
  • Since I created at least 3 tickets, this column should show at least “3”, not to mention all the replies I’ve posted and liked

Security Reminder
Local does a pretty good job of scrubbing private info from the logs and the errors it produces, however there’s always the possibility that something private can come through. Because these are public forums, always review the screenshots you are sharing to make sure there isn’t private info like passwords being displayed.

If you look in the upper left-hand corner you’ll see a date range. It’s always going to default to the current week, but you can change the timeframe.

I can see your updated stats from today here now:

If I change the date range to All Time I can see your full stats:
