I appreciate that this a bug - do we have a work around for now?
If you’re unable to use C drive then as a workaround you could direct import your site instead of pulling:

As an alternative to Pushing you can use the free WPE Migration plugin:
A fix for this is available in Local 9.2.6, out now.

Local will now ask to update your site’s file permissions after pulling if your site is located on a non-system drive on Windows.
