Local will not start and hangs a 'Starting Local Machine'

I have been using local on my Windows 10 laptop for some time when it suddenly stopped loading and hangs on the ‘Starting Local Machine’ screen. When this first happened I uninstalled local and Virtual box, installed the latest version of virtual box and then local 2.2.4. After I imported all my sites local ran great for a week then started hanging.

I have the same problem
‘Local Machine Restarting’… for hours

do you have a solution?

I have had the same issue since the latest Windows 10 update and I don’t think that the issue is with Local but VirtualBox when I uninstall everything Virtualbox and Local and remove all files and folder etc. Then reinstall local it works great so, i import all my sites. I shutdown my pc and restart it to find that yet again local hangs and virtualbox has an issue with hardening.
This also happens when I uninstall everything and then re-install only Virtualbox. Once the machine is restarted it will not restart any VMs and complains about my Nvidia and Intel graphics also my HP audio drivers. So for unfortunately its back to VMWare and a Linux box or WAMP
