the operating system is windows 11 and the local version is 7.2.1+6433
What isn’t showing correctly? Are you getting an error message? Are there styling issues?

Have you tried regenerating your Elementor CSS? Or viewing the site in a different browser or incognito window? It is likely some sort of caching or mixed content getting in the way. Not necessarily a Local specific issue.

Are there any errors in the console when you’re viewing the site?
Do all of the pages have issues or just a specific page?
