Local WP won't launch after update

Just updated my app to 9.0.4 then after I tried to open it. It will just have a loading cursor then thats it, it wont open. I thought rolling it back to 9.0.3 will solve the problem but still it wont open. I tried to restart my computer and run compatibility diagnostics but still has the problem. My device is on windows 11. Anymore troubleshoot and solution for this?

Do you have any antivirus, security, or firewall applications that could be blocking Local from opening?
