The SUID sandbox helper binary was found, but is not configured correctly. Rather than run without sandboxing I’m aborting now. You need to make sure that /opt/Local/chrome-sandbox is owned by root and has mode 4755.
I wasn’t able to reproduce this with Local 10.1.1 under Ubuntu 24.04.4, but it seems to be a known apparmor issue specific to Ubuntu 24 and Electron apps in some cases: [Bug]: The SUID sandbox helper binary was found, but is not configured correctly. You could try quitting Local 10.1.1 after the first launch, then running these commands:
sudo chown root /opt/Local/chrome-sandbox
sudo chmod 4755 /opt/Local/chrome-sandbox
