(Mac) Local very slow on all sites

Issue Summary

Local used to work very well on my maxed out 2019 MacBook pro.
However lately it has become unworkable. Page load times start at 10 seconds, often much longer

Every site.

  • Are you able to create a new, plain WordPress site in Local and access it in a Browser?
    Yes — with 10 seconds of patience per page load — unworkable.

Replication

I open local, go to view site and have to wait 10 or more seconds to the page to load.
I have this with every site. Local used to work really well and fast.

  • Which version of Local is being used? 5.7.5

  • What Operating System (OS) and OS version is being used?
