I need you to restore my entire wordpress site:

Using the Kadence starter templates plugin, I wanted to import a blog page to use as a base for my blog page. However, after importing this page, all the work I had done on my site was deleted, including the pages, artciles and menus.

How can I restore my site in its entirety before importing this page via the Kadence Starter templates plugin?

It sounds like that plugin may have overwritten your work - though you might want to check in with the Kadence support team on how exactly their starter templates work.
