This morning I start Local by Flywheel. I was greeted with the screen “Looks like you haven’t created any sites yet!”
I check the Local Sites folder, they are all there. How do I get Flywheel to see them?
(I’m working on Ubuntu 22.04)

I have exactly the same problem now. Did you manage to resolve it?

It’s a bit of work, and I had to do it today again. 
1- Go to Local Sites
2- Compress the site folder as a zip. The entire folder with everything in it.
3- Delete the original folder
4- Import the zip file
5- You’ll have to fill in the server preferences again (site name, php, database) again.
6- Flywheel does its work.
