No connected accounts, click the cog, already signed in to WPE. Click SIGN OUT to refresh connection, and nothing happens, have to close down whole app and re-open.

I don’t want to reveal any private information in these public forums, but I searched in WP Engine using the email that you’ve logged into the Local Forums and posted with, and it looks like there is a different email associated with the account as the owner that you’ll have to log in under and enable API Access for Local Connect to work. Or pass along that information to whoever has access to that account.

I think you’re second guessing. I’m logged into LocalWP with my WPE credentials. It’s just as if the connection is not seen, so I try and click Sign OUT within LocalWP and it’s broken, nothing happens.
I understand that you’re experiencing a crash when trying to log out. I’m just not sure if you’re trying to log out to log back in under a different user or “refresh” the login to see if a site will populate. Because API Access is still not enabled for the account from the WP Engine dashboard, until that is done by the owner on the WPE end, Local Connect won’t function to show your sites or pull them down to the app.
As far as why the app is crashing, could there be any security conflicts on your device? Do you connect to the internet through a VPN or any kind of proxy, firewall, etc?
