Hello everybody 
I’ve just installed Local by flywheel, and when I activate the theme twenty nineteen for exemple (or another theme), there is only the HTML and not the CSS (no images, no style etc).
Is there anybody having the same problem?

Could you remove the theme and try reinstalling it? File permissions could be wonky.
Another idea: clear your cache!
