No "Menu" in Appearance

Problem with the Menu voice in the Appearance section

I can’t find the menu voice in the appearance section. I am working with a macOS 13.0.1 (22A400) and I have installed Local version 6.6.0.

How can I solve the problem?

To clarify, when you hover over “Appearance” in the WordPress dashboard, you’re looking to see “Menu voice” or “Menus”?

In the latest version of WordPress, menus are no longer accessed via Appearance > Menus.
