Issue Summary
Local does not open after latest update. There was a prompt to update I clicked yes, but the files were not successfully compressed. If I go to the exe file location I can see some files from the previous install and some from the latest.
Replication
Any help/resources that will help me understand how to replicate the issue would be great. Iβm flagging this, but cannot be more constructive without a little advice.

The exe file is 6.4.3.35824 and the product number is 6.4.3.0. I believe the latest update is substantially higher? -
