Not able to sign in into my Local app

What issue or error are you experiencing?

I am not able to connect to my Local account with my Mac app installation.

What steps can be taken to replicate the issue? Feel free to include screenshots, videos, etc

Security Reminder
Local does a pretty good job of scrubbing private info from the logs and the errors it produces, however there’s always the possibility that something private can come through. Because these are public forums, always review the screenshots you are sharing to make sure there isn’t private info like passwords being displayed.

Could you check through the below items for some troubleshooting?

  • Do you use a VPN that you could test enabling/disabling?

  • Are you on an office/work network?

  • Can you try testing in a different browser other than your regular one?
