Issue Summary

If I enable One-click and try to enter Admin I will get error message “There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.”

Troubleshooting Questions

It happens for all the Local sites. It doesn’t matter what plugins they have installed.
It only works with fresh Wordpress install and if SSL sertificate is not installed. It will not give me an error but wil not directly log in and I still need to enter username/password

  • Are you able to create a new, plain WordPress site in Local and access it in a Browser?

Replication

Installe a new WP, activate SSL sertificate and try to directly log in. Now install Woocommerce and see whether it works.

  • Which version of Local is being used?
    5.10.1+5267

  • What Operating System (OS) and OS version is being used?

Mac OS Big Sur

Yes, it happened to me today too. Definitely related to Woocommerce. Without WC the one-click admin works. And the manual admin login with WC installed also works without error message.
