[OS X] Unable to provision site

I’m running into an issue trying to add my first site and provision it.

• What version of Local are you currently using?

Hey @NPUC

Mac OS X 10.11.6 isn’t supported for Local, it will need to be Mac OS 10.13 or newer (macOS High Sierra, Mojave, and Catalina).
