Local installs wrong version of PHP
Steps to reproduce
Set PHP to 7.4.30
After installation click i-sign button to open phpinfo
Phpinfo shows 7.4.3 instead of 7.4.30

Hi all - closing up old bugs, this one has been resolved. On Windows, installing PHP 7.4.30 correctly installs the correct version. Bonus, Imagick is included and working as well!
