PHP version does not change in UI

Change PHP version -> Save -> it actually runs the newly-selected PHP version
But Local’s UI doesn’t reflect this.

Save the PHP version, quit Local, reopen Local, and you’ll see the newly-selected PHP version in Local’s UI
