Recieving no emails

What issue or error are you experiencing?

I have a old server form 2018 and i have users with the email info@dummy.local and i try and reset my email i dont receive anything. If theres a chance i can talk to support and just receive my password that will be cool too


What steps can be taken to replicate the issue? Feel free to include screenshots, videos, etc

ive tried to send the resent email from the login screen and the logged in screen

Security Reminder
Local does a pretty good job of scrubbing private info from the logs and the errors it produces, however there’s always the possibility that something private can come through. Because these are public forums, always review the screenshots you are sharing to make sure there isn’t private info like passwords being displayed.

If the emails aren’t being captured for that old site, you can usually still update the password using the Site Shell, which is a more direct way to interact with the WordPress site. This help doc has more info about updating a password for a user:
