À chaque lancement local, sur mon PC, j’ai vu que tous mes sites avaient disparu. Que faire pour les restaurer?

What version of Local are you on? Technically, Windows 7 does not meet our minimum requirements for operating the app.
If you’re on an older version of Local that was still working on your machine, you might still have site files you can manually locate on your drive by searching under your User. Unless some sort of update or corruption occurred that caused these things to be wiped. In which case you’d only be able to retrieve them if you had Cloud backups or a time machine option.
