Server TimeOut - WPALLIMPORT

I am getting server time outs when trying to use the plugin WP ALL IMPORT

I have tried increasing the memory limit, but no success. The documentation on WP ALL IMPORT says to set FcgidIOTimeout to 90 seconds.

But I am not sure where to find the FCGID Timeouts (Apache) setting.

I also switched the site to use NGINX server and I am getting similar errors.

Any ideas?
