Site backup not working

Issue Summary

I’m using Local in my desktop and its working smoothly. Today I’ve installed Local in my laptop and tried to create a new site, but “Create a site from cloud backups addon” option is disabled.(screenshot attached) In my desktop I’ve installed backup extension and created a backup to google drive.
