Version of Local: 9.2.2+6771 local-logs.zip (60.5 KB)
I have to try couple of times for the sites to start:
Each time this message pops up: “Uh-oh! Unable to start site.” Attaching a copy of message as well: Localwp Start Site Error.pdf.zip (1.4 MB)
My other computer MacBook Air (MacOS Monterey Version 12.7.6) does not have this site starting problem.

Hi @mindLARVA! I created a separate post here for your other issues since the Cloud Backup problem is a bug and we want to keep that on the parent thread.
Regarding your unable to start site problems - If you create a new, blank site in Local can you access that okay? If you can, then you may want to try reimporting the site getting the errors. The steps would look like this:
Locate the site files on your machine, and save a copy of them to your desktop. If you click Go to Site Folder under your site name it should take you right to where they are located.
Once you have those copied, completely delete the site from Local
