i had to install docker, since i had install docker local by flywheel doesnt start anymore and send me a blue screen with “system service exception”

Is there any way you can get more information on the blue screen or take a picture of it?
Also, you may want to try disabling Hyper-V in case it was re-enabled. See http://www.poweronplatforms.com/enable-disable-hyper-v-windows-10-8/

After disable Hyper-V, no more blue screen of hell, the app start correctly
but docker for windows need Hyper-v in order to work, & i need docker too
