Suite à mon précèdent topic - further to my previous topic

What issue or error are you experiencing?

Premier topic :
“Bonjour,

First topic:
“Hello,
when I open LocalWP the window opens, but loading spins endlessly, not giving me access to my sites.
How can I correct this problem?
Thanks
Local version 9.2.4.65329”

When I didn’t get any positive feedback to correct the problem, I decided to format my PC and reinstall everything. Now I have a white window that stays blocked forever, I don’t even have loading any more.
How can I solve this problem and recover my sites in preprod in local that I was made to move.

Hi @DavidV

We have a Windows Troubleshooting guide below that goes over some common items worth checking. For example, make sure you’re running Local as an admin user, that you don’t have any security blockers, and that Local has access to update your Hosts file. You may also want to check and make sure you don’t have any special characters in your device username, or your login username/password.

I’ve already done all that in the first topic. That doesn’t solve my problem. I’m sticking to the white square with a blank PC, just Windows and my graphics, development and office software and the usual utilities (compression, video, etc.).

Sorry @DavidV I forgot about your original topic here

We are a bit at a loss as to what the issue might be here but it seems like something is amiss on your device. If you still have your site files you should be able to migrate or upload them to a server to access them. Flywheel has free demo sites for example you could utilize: Demo Site

Otherwise do you have another device you can test with to see if you’re able to get Local working there?

Merci

I’m going to transfer my local sites to my MacBook pro and see what happens. Thanks

Sounds good! As long as you have those Local site files you should be able to zip them and then drag and drop them over your Local app to use the native import on your MacBook. If you run into trouble there are steps here on how to manually import your content and database into a blank site as well.
