lors que j’ouvre LocalWP la fenetre s’ouvre mais loading tourne à l’infini ne me donnant pas acces à mes sites.
Comment corriger ce probleme.

when I open LocalWP the window opens but loading spins endlessly not giving me access to my sites.

We have a Windows Troubleshooting guide below that goes over some common items worth checking. For example, make sure you’re running Local as an admin user, that you don’t have any security blockers, and that Local has access to update your Hosts file.
You might also look through our Performance guide as well for some other common culprits. Maybe you have a plugin, theme, or network conflict. Or a conflict with another application.
It sounds like something may have happened when those updates occurred. In order to refresh here and start with a clean slate could you give the below troubleshooting steps a try?
Export any sites that you have on Local and save them to a folder somewhere on your computer. If you can’t start/open Local, you should be able to still manually find your Local Sites folder on your device where those are located to save: Backup a Local Site - Local
Fully uninstall Local from your computer with the Windows steps here: Uninstall Local - Local
Install the latest version of Local on this link: Releases - Local
Once installed, please restart the computer.
When the computer is restarted and turned on, close any applications that automatically run in the background (AntiVirus, Firewall, and other Developer applications included).
There’s no errors reported in the Local log, which makes me think that Local isn’t running into any trouble, rather, it’s just not able to finish loading.
You mention that this coincided with an upgrade of Windows and .NET
Have you tried re-installing Local to see if that re-registers necessary permissions with the OS?
