TablePlus does not launch

What issue or error are you experiencing?

When I start a site and go to the database tab and click OPEN TABLEPLUS nothing happens. Clicking Open AdminerNeo launches the AdminerNeo database as expected.

I am running TablePlus v6.4.8

I uninstalled the extension from Local and deleted the application and then re-installed but the same thing happens (i.e. nothing).

I am able to open the TablePlus application on its own but cannot launch it via Local. After reinstalling I am seeing DB connections in TablePlus that persisted after deleting/reinstalling. I have looked and do not see where these files are. I have searched on Google to see how to delete old TablePlus files but I cannot find anything in the folders that are suggested and I am nervous to delete anything without being 100% sure.


What steps can be taken to replicate the issue? Feel free to include screenshots, videos, etc

  1. Open Local
  2. Start local site
  3. Go to database tab
  4. Click on OPEN TABLEPLUS
  5. Nothing happens

There isn’t really a point in adding a screenshot because there isn’t anything to see since the extension doesn’t launch.

Security Reminder
Local does a pretty good job of scrubbing private info from the logs and the errors it produces, however there’s always the possibility that something private can come through. Because these are public forums, always review the screenshots you are sharing to make sure there isn’t private info like passwords being displayed.

Hi @julianpm1! For clarity is this something that worked for you previously without issue or was this your first attempt? Just curious if anything changed after an update of your Local application, hardware, software, etc
