Two-Factor (2FA) Verification Code Issues

I can no longer log into my account using 2FA. I bought a new phone and forgot to transfer Duo Mobile. can you please tell me if there is a way to deactivate 2FA or some other solution?

When I try to login to may Local account, a two-factor authentication box appears which I can’t get past as I don’t have it set up. Would it be possible to fix that please?
