Bug Summary
Its been a week since i last opened and operated in local, when i start the site it shows:
I have tried changing the php versions. I have also tried reinsalling local.
when i create a new site it shows a similar error:

Hey @Shak
If you create a new, blank site in Local can you access that or do you get any errors?
Can you clarify for this site if you’re using MariaDB or NGINX?

When I create a new blank site it shows unable to provision site
And I use nginx.

I’m sorry @Shak I meant are you using MariaDB or MySQL. Looks like you have errors for both so I’m assuming you’ve tried each of them?
To start you might check a few things like that you are using Local as an admin user, and that Local has permissions to make updates and isn’t being blocked by security:
This is usually caused by the hosts file being set to read-only or locked by anti-virus.
1. Remove Read-only Attribute
Go to C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc
Right-click on the hosts file and go to “Properties”
Uncheck “Read-only”
Click “Apply”
Re-open Local

It looks like in the logs it’s running into some permissions issues.
