Uh-Oh! unable to start site PLS HELP!

What issue or error are you experiencing?

Uh-oh! Unable to start site.
Error: Command failed:
C. Users\blend\AppData\Roaming\Local\lightning-services\mysql-8.0.16+…\mysqladmin.exe ping
Omysqladmin: connect to server at : 1 failed error: Can’t connect to MySQL server on :1’ (10061)’
Check that mysqld is running on: 1 and that the port is 10091.
You can check this by doing ‘telnet: 1 10091’

What steps can be taken to replicate the issue? Feel free to include screenshots, videos, etc

no idea, it just happened randomly, was trying to download plugins and it was giving me a previous error that i dont remeber, so i decided to close the site and reopen

System Details

  • Local Version:
    Version 8.2.1+6583, but previously was running old version didnt update in a few months, so I thought updated would solve the issue which it didnt.
  • Operating System (OS) and OS version:
    Windows 11 Home 22H2 22621.3007

If you create a new, blank site in Local can you access that okay? If you can, then you may want to try reimporting the site getting the errors. The steps would look like this:

  • Locate the site files on your machine, and save a copy of them to your desktop. If you click Go to Site Folder under your site name it should take you right to where they are located.
  • Once you have those copied, completely delete the site from Local
  • Restart Local/your machine
  • Reimport the site back into Local. You can refer here on how to Restore from only Local site files

I tried that and it opens as a blank website

After you re-import the site it just shows as a blank website?

Do you still have the original site files on your machine? If you look at the wp-content and database files do you see the content of your site in there? If you do you can try manually moving those into a new, blank site using the steps here:
