Unable to create a new site on Mac Silicon

What issue or error are you experiencing?

Hi there,

I’ve installed Local on a MacBook Pro M1 machine with a fresh installation. Whenever I try to create a new site I get the following error. I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling Local, and restarting the machine.
I’ve also tried setting Read and Write permissions for the hosts file. However, nothing worked. Please refer to the attached screenshots.

What steps can be taken to replicate the issue? Feel free to include screenshots, videos, etc
