Issue Summary
I can delete all WP files and Drop Local sql DB. To replace it, I want to import and work on a functioning Non-WP e-commerce website and sync the DB.
Unable to do it.

Does this happen for all sites in Local, or just one in particular?
This is my first site. Just downloaded Local the other day. -
Are you able to create a new, plain WordPress site in Local and access it in a Browser?
I can successfully access a plain WP site in a Chrome browser.
Replication
Describe the steps that others can take to replicate this issue. If you have screenshots that can help clarify what is happening, please include them!
At one point I got 402 or 404 errors and 502 errors.
I don’t get those anymore.
See attachment: Inside the HHS-Arc folder are the files for the non-WP E-commerce site. Outside the directory on the Desktop, to the right, are folders from Local “logs”, “conf”, and “app” (WP files deleted). In early attempts, I had “logs” and “conf” folders inside the HHS-Arc directory.
