I have 2 accounts (dev@ajsivam.com, and sasi@woodenpanda.ca). I have one site created in dev@ajsivam.com and lots in sasi@woodenpanda.ca account.
When I login with dev@ajsivam.com account, it does not show that one site, instead it shows all sites from sasi@woodenpanda.ca account. I am not sure why. Please advise.
What steps can be taken to replicate the issue? Feel free to include screenshots, videos, etc

Security Reminder
Local does a pretty good job of scrubbing private info from the logs and the errors it produces, however there’s always the possibility that something private can come through. Because these are public forums, always review the screenshots you are sharing to make sure there isn’t private info like passwords being displayed.
The login in the upper left-hand corner is associated with the Local account you need for things requiring a network connection like Live Links, Cloud Backups, etc, but isn’t necessarily tied to site creation. That’s why you can see all the sites you’ve created in your app no matter which account you use.
Yeah I’m a little confused from your last couple of comments. If you could share some screenshots or a short video that would be great! You should just be able to drag and drop them into the comment box to attach.
if you look at both screenshots, it is connected to the new email accounts.
but when I try to pull the site, it shows below sites that are not part of this new account.
The Local App login and the Local Connect are separate logins. So if you’re not seeing the correct sites when trying to connect to Flywheel you may need to log out of just the Flywheel portion and log back in with the correct email. If you believe you have connected to the right email already, you can try and refresh using CMD + R. You could also try completely closing and restarting Local.
