Uncaught Error: Failed opening required 'zip://#archive"

After I updated localwp to version 9.0.3+6684 I get the internal server error when I attempt to use WP Migrate for a backup or push. The log shows this error: "[08-Jun-2024 19:17:40 UTC] PHP Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Failed opening required ‘zip://#archive’ " I’ve had this error before when PHP did not have the zip.php file. How can this be fixed?

So this was working fine before the update but not after? If you downgrade your Local app does it work again?

I updated the theme on local and am no longer able to open the site with this error message: Warning: require_once(zip://#archive): Failed to open stream: operation failed in E:\Local Sites\rfsc\app\public\wp-includes\template.php on line 810.

How to fix this error since the code is in template.php?
